Google CASA Certified SaaS platform for rental space operators. Built as solo developer in ~1 year. Features automated Gmail integration, intelligent email parsing (HTML parsing + regex with AI fallback), AI analytics chat with Generative UI and Smart Context Management (RAG-lite), Stripe subscriptions, and 10-100x query optimization.

Time Flow App

Workforce management system for Japanese businesses ensuring compliance with Japanese Labor Standards Law (労働基準法). Features real-time time tracking, leave management, and push notifications.

CityNest

Modern real estate property listing platform for Myanmar market. Features interactive Mapbox maps with property clustering, advanced search filters, admin dashboard with full CRUD operations, MDX-powered blog, and Cloudflare R2 image storage.

Hospital Management Systems

Remote maintenance (Singapore) for hospital queue management, visitor management, patient information board, and patient/nurse management systems. Bug fixes, upgrades, and feature enhancements.

AI Sargalay — LLM API Gateway

Full-stack LLM reselling platform for Myanmar developers. Fastify 5 + Bun backend acts as a transparent proxy to 300+ AI models with real-time usage-based billing, balance-first proxy guard, and MMPay/MMQR integration for local Myanmar payments. Includes a Next.js 15 portal with custom i18n (English + Burmese), a streaming AI assistant with search_models tool and conversation summarization, and non-blocking model price caching.

Future - Crowdfunding Platform

Frontend for crowdfunding platform with rich content editing using Tiptap, Stripe payment integration, Firebase authentication, and multi-language support.

Clinic management system with appointment booking and doctor management features. Built as Senior Frontend Developer.

Landing page for Burmese music streaming platform. Built with custom animated UI (no framework) in 1 weeks urgent deadline. Features album/artist browsing, subscription, and 3D rotating previews.
